How I do it

My approach is characterized by the unwavering inclusion of the human component: the core element of every design process.

In addition, my passion for research, defining future scenarios, detecting opportunities and making ideas tangible, has a strong influence on my work in consulting processes, as well as in training and strategic mentoring.

I work with clients of all sizes all over the world, seamlessly combining Strategic and Service Design, and Agile Techniques in processes and teams in order to create personalized solutions by using relevant methodologies tailored to the needs of the client as well as to the context and focus of the projects with I am involved.

I believe that my greatest asset is the breadth of my experience: since I frequently work in different fields I can combine several mindsets and disciplines that help me to uncover uniquely effective solutions.
